TNG, our fast and effective web based telephone management system makes provision for up to 10 Department Head logins, each with access
to his/her departments only. The application has a number of fixed reports, all with a ‘Drill Down’ functionality which takes reporting
to a whole new level. TNG is extremely easy to configure and maintain. TNG does not make use of a database but instead uses 50% of
the available PC memory; resulting in fast searches and quick report generation. TNG is designed to run on both Windows and Linux
operating systems. TNG4* is used exclusively for Asterisk.
